I’m really excited about this episode.
I had the chance to sit down with Cassie Wingfield from Sparc Hope, and this conversation was powerful. Going in, I knew we’d be talking about the work they do with families… but hearing the real impact behind it was something else.
Sparc Hope is focused on creating generational change. Not just short-term help, but giving families the tools, structure, and support to truly get back on their feet and build something lasting.
We talk about everything from financial literacy and life skills to how they support single-parent households and help families establish strong foundations. What stood out most is how intentional they are about preserving the value of the family while providing real, hands-on support.
Cassie also shared some incredible success stories, including a mom who went through the program, started her own cabinetry business, and her daughter who went on to earn her master’s degree and is now an assistant athletic director.
It’s stories like that where you really see the long-term impact.
We also dive into how the community can get involved. From volunteer opportunities to partnerships, events, and even helping expand their resources like their food pantry and future facility, there are a lot of ways to support what they’re building.
If you’re someone who cares about making a real difference in your community, this is a conversation worth listening to.
